Missing IL cases DOL has no record of cases filed between Jan 1, 2003 and March 31, 2003 - according to their spreadsheet. Does anyone have any ideas/ thoughts on what happened? Are the cases lost? Thanks!

Missing cases?? DOL's spreadsheet has missing cases : ( I filed in Chicago in Feb, 2003 (EB2, TR), never made it to regional. The spreadsheet doesn't have any cases received from IL between Jan 1, 2003 and March 31, 2003. Icarus - anyone - any thoughts on what happened??? Thanks!
