Got LUD on my GC application today. I hope that is a good sign. At least that means NSC is working on the cases despite the low number of approvals the past couple of weeks. :) My PD has been current since Dec 2006. Any thoughts? Anybody else got LUD recently? :confused:

EAD and AP i submitted mine April and got the approvals this month..so expect 3 months approval lead time... no RFEs or LUDs on both EAD and AP.

AP approved to anybody interested, got my AP approved last Friday, RD 04/16/07

when to call? lankan, is it standard procedure to only call IO after 90 days after submission? i don't want to call IO when it's not yet the right time as it will just be a waste of time, right?

hi, if you already have A# assigned to you, does that mean that you already get a visa slot? my husband did FP 3 weeks ago and notice already had A#. wondering if A# signifies that visa has already been allocated to us? any feedback is greatly appreciated.
