    No Title My I-140 is approved in Vermont, but my attorney says it\'s not a problem to file in Nebraska. So they sent it to Nebraska. Don\'t know what will happen next?

    Transfer Cases for Portland OR , Thread is a good idea My RD is 08/01...a long way..But having cases transferred to Local Office atleast makes you feel that your case is nearer to you. Wish you all the best for guys who has Transferred cases to their Local offices.

    Can we goto Seattle and get the FP Done..instead of waiting for 10 months..??-Portlander I have the RD in 08/2001...only portland people are not getting FP and everybody else is getting! I am worried too...
