you should be fine. As long as you are employed now you should be ok.What INS looks at is the continuing employment with the sponsorer.INS does not reject your I485 because, you are a source of tax generation for the government.If you were not employed (earning) they would probably reject but...

When we get the EAD after renewal, do we have to start using the renewed EAD immediately even though the old EAD is valid for next 2 months? When do we have to inform the employer of using the renewal EAD?

fp Hello aac, Actually my case is in Nebraska and I recently moved to NC from Ohio. As soon as I changed the address I got FP notice. That means it really fast here in this area. I hope I answered your question. Hang in there you should be very close.

Freeme, That is what even I thought but VMBW has given different explanation I do not know if recently INS is issuing RFEs even for earlier registration but obtaining the BC recently.
