No Title Keep using your H-1B. If I485 fails, you still can use H-1B status working in US but EAD can\'t.

My ND: 11/00 and RFE: 5/01 but not approve yet My ND: 11/00 (AP: 2/01 & FP: 2/01). Unfortunately got RFE: 5/01 and replied in 6/01. No new AVM update.
