I just did my second FP on July 2rd, but my online status still is: on Jan 2001, we got your FP, .....your case has been resumed.... Did anyone get status changed for the 2nd FP? How long did you get responce after the 2nd FP? Thanks!

My wac # is wac02043. I used the exactly email address you used. I was pissed off, as I flied back to CA to do the finger print twice from Washington. The first time is Monday, the office for FP was closed.:mad:

I sent an email at June 5th moring. and asking about my status. I got reply on the afternoon, and saying I need to redo finger print.

As what I knew, once your I-485 filed after 6 months, the company help you to apply I-140 can not revoke it anymore. Check your online I-140 status, you will know if it is revoked or now. I'm sure about this, but pls still check with your attorney.

I did not check the status since so many people have not got results. I got 6k less, I don't think it is a big problem. stock is much better. :)

I didn't update my emp. A lot people said "should update" is not equal to "must update". that is so bad my spouse has to work at another state with me, just for waitting green card..:mad:
