    Using your AP doesn't change your status and You don't work on EAD. That is not true. I have confirmed this with my lawyer. So I am pretty sure that is the case.

    All photocopies should be certified before they are sent to INS either by a notary or a lawyer. I am sure your lawyer will provide you with that information as well.

    You need to fill the information attach photographs and send it to INS with the requisite fees. I am sure your lawyer can do it for you. They will ask for a g28 power of attorney to be signed as well. Hope this helps.
