Hi yl8401, Yes I have the USPS Express Mail Overnight Delivery Confirmation that the mail was delivered to INS on Jan 29th at 8:35 am and was signed for by M.S. (Does that mean mail service?)

By the way as I mentioned in my previous post INS did not cash my check. If they had cashed my check I wouldn't have been worried this much.

When filing EAD does it matter if we send 2inch by 2inch photos because the application says to send 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch. Because earlier it used to be 2 by 2 inch. Any clues. Thanks,

I mailed my application Jan 27 and I haven't received even receipt notice. I know that INS received my application on the 29th of Jan (checked ont USPC tracking system). My checks are not cashed either. I am planning to reapply. I am not sure if this will affect my EAD approval process...

I am planning to reapply again this weekend because I did not hear anything from INS and it is 30 days since they received it and no receipt letter, and checks not cashed. I do not know how this will affect my case. Better safe than sorry. The only thing is that I might lose 120 dollars...

Looks like you guys applied online. I mailed my application. The only advantage is you have the receipt notice and I do not have any. Anyone applied EAD by mail in the last week of Jan and received receipt notice.:confused: :confused: :confused:
