Got a letter in the mail after calling USCIS for status update

Guys, Looks like I got scheduled for the ceremony on April 19th. Just awaiting confirmation letter from USCIS. :)

Anyone has the direct telephone number to St Paul/MN USCIS Office?

Publicus....trying to find out how your experience was done. Got Deployed CONUS last year had interview in DEC 05 and seem to be stuck in Name Check/BC. Any suggestions? Did chain of command help? Since I am now veteran(Op Enduring Freedom), how can this help?

Used this (INA 329), since I was on active duty but seems that I am stuck in either Name Check or Background check. Had My N400 Interview in Dec 05 and still waiting for oath letter? Any suggestions. And yes was an active duty in the military as soldier and not contractor.

brb2? Could you copy the link of the sticky thread about the veteran? I'd like to follow his process and see what I can learn from him. At this point, my lawyer does not seem to care and is telling me to just wait?

1) Does USCIS have to legally provide you with a response to an interview/inquiry after 90 days or 120 days? 2) While I used a Lawyer to help my prepare my file, mine should be fast paced because it is due to military service (INA 329)? I am thinking of involving JAG/Veteran's office...

Looking thru the various posts, it looks like other states like VA, FL, TX are approving N400 interviews and receiving oaths faster than MN. I am really thinking of making an Info pass request to figure out what the heck is going on?

MN/St. Paul Issues I know there is one tomorrow, which I know I will not make and one next week. March 22nd. Hopefully I'll hear something this week. Anyone else knows if there are delays in MN/St. Paul or is it nationwide?

Yep..Got something to the effect that is appears I meet the requirements and was actually told that the Oath should be scheduled in Feb 06'. This is March and still waiting :-(

Oath Ceremony Timeline, MN Had my interview in Dec and waiting for word from USCIS :mad: Called the National Support Center twice and am thinking of setting up Info Pass Appointment. Waiting for end of this week to hopefully get some kind of information
