I submitted Canadian police certificate with my packet 3 to NVC. My interview is scheduled in March but the original Police certificate which i submitted with P3 is as of today more that 6 months old. Do I need to take new PCC or the old one which is already with the P3 will be sufficient.

It takes only 15 minutes to get PCC from RCMP.

I personally feel, calling NVC on weekly basis should not be delaying factor. God knows, why NVC is delaying the case. Is any other person on the board in the same situation. I mean, is there any person who's case has not been reviewed for 4 months. please post.

Ron, I think background check is done when i-140 is approved. Do they make backeground checks or FBI checks during NVC processing for CP as well.
