No Title Why don\'t you give a call to IIO and find out. If someone pulls your file, they might as well do it, just a guess. I have called on 06/21 and asked about the status, IIO said very close, max 2-4 months, but come two days later, cas has been approved. - Srini

When called INS Vermont, the automatic message indicates that the approval notice has been mailed. But I was reading on this message board about a lot of RFEs, what does this mean? What happens next. Please reply. Thanks in advance. - Srini

NO kidding here Please make correction, In my earlier post ther was a typo, please read ND date as 03/17 instead of 03/28. Here are the details: My case is filed under EB3, India. Priority Date is 01/96 485 filed on 03/02/99, RD is 03/03/99 and ND is 03/17/99. Good Luck.

Called VSC and talked to IIO, IIO stated that they are currently working on Feb. 99 cases and he said my case will take a max of 2-4 months and asked to call them back if I don\'t hear anything in next two months. BTW my RD is 03/02/99 and ND is 03/17/99. Seems like they are progressing at good...
