I was laid off during waiting for my priority date after I-140 approved, and I never had a chance to file I-485. My question is: can I find a position for the same employer now and file I485 directly? Is there any expiration date for the I-140? Any suggestion will be helpful.

Laid off after I-140 approved. How do I check if my employer revoked my I-140 or not? I don\'t want to call the company attorney to remind him to do that.

Got laid off after I-140(EB2 based) approved one year ago. Can I use the approved I-140 if I go back to work for the same company? I have about 2 year left in H1B, and there is no way I can start the LC again from my new employer now. Please help if anyone has the knowledge.
