I had a I-140 approved last year based on PERM, and my RIR was approved this week, is there any possibility that I can use the previously approved I-140? Thanks in advance.

My PD is 05/03/04, still in-process, I had a PERM approved in 05 (different title), I am wondering that PERM may delayed the approval? Anybody had PERM approved also got approval from PBEC? Thanks.

Thanks, my lawyer never got the approval letter. My receipt was returned and resent to lawyer with a 02/10/06 stamp on it. That's why lawyer think the message is a receipt notice message.
