Spouses RFE was sent on 6/29 not recd yet by the lawyer, self RFE sent on 7/11 obviously not here yet. I am trying to get an estimate of how much time is it taking to get the RFE\'s ?

No Title mogaram : my RFE was aslso mailed on 7/11 (AVM Updated the same day)and it usually takes about 2 weeks to reach the lawyers office.

No Title They wont allow you in before time, can go on around 1:45. It is close to the Penn Station (about 1 mile) but with the kid I would suggest you take a cab from Penn Station

No Title I am planning to write to the senator. Its been over one month since the RFE was generated but has not been mailed. I believe there is a sample letter at ISN.ORG site, have not checked it out yet.

No Title vict_1998 : Did u get the RFE\'s for both of you, what are they asking for, My lawyer contacted IIO and they told him that RFE was issued for me on 6/6 (never mailed) and for my wife on 6/29 (mailed not recd yet)

No Title the RFE generated after Jun 20th will be mailed out as normal but people who got RFE before 20th will have to wait till the officer again takes a shot whether the RFE ordered is really required based on the AC-21 guideline memo.

No Title and after 60 days they think that an RFE is still needed they will take another 30 days to dispatch it and if we take a week to reply they will acknowledge after three weeks, so basically we fall behind by another 4 MONTHS ! Why cant they just release the RFE and keep working to find...
