    While on EAD Can I get a new H1 if the current H1 expired

    No Title You can definitely go back to a H-1 if you are on an EAD. This is my 2nd year on EAD and my H1 just got approved. Though I would have to go to India to get it stamped. I wanted to get my wife as a dependent. I\'ve done this on Mr Khanna\'s advice.
