please help: question on lost EAD card
I recently received the approved EAD card, but the iEAD card (got after 90 days from local INS office) is misplaced. I believe all EAD cards are collected during PP stamping. Do I need to call INS to inform them about this?..(also, could it be misused by...
Which Center?
Please post which area you are from (eg: San Jose, Oakland) so we can get an idea of processing rates by location. Thanks - and congrats!

How long for approvals after FingerPrinting?
Does anyone know how long it is taking for approvals after FingerPrinting (San Jose area if that is a factor)? Thanks.
Vamsimar, I think fabolous was asking the general board if anyone knew about rescheduling
I am sure you can reschedule fabolous -- even if you do not leave the country(there is a rescheduling form attached to the FPO notice). I do beleive reading that it can lead to months of delays though...
Won\'t happen before Jan for you
People with RD in May are being scheduled for Dec end. So your scheduled date will not be before next year. When are you returning?
By the way, never try to go after the schedule date. And do not reschedule -- delays the process a lot.

Personal experiences for FingerPrinting

and then visit \'FBI...
Can also use H1 transfer...

You are in status
I want to let you know that there is a lot of discussion on this 180-day rule (part of AC21) on this site as well as other well known sites like www.murthy.com (check the archived \'Chat\' Section there). I think you will find that useful.
Since your 485 application is filed...
Get your interim EAD from the Local INS Office
My advice to you: Since 90 days have gone by since you filed for AOS (i.e 90 days from Receved Date), you are entitled to go to your local INS office and obtain your EAD card (TIP: go *very* early in the morning!). You get the card right there and...
Joining the flood of approvals
Heard the words I\'ve been waiting for: \'Case approved...\'. The approval notice has been mailed for my wife and me.
I cannot thank enough the support structure and sharing of info provided by folks on this board. Most of all to Pcee and Ciba -- hats off to the...
