ND 12/19/00. RFE 12/27/01. Still waiting.  

Congrats!!. Mine is still pending even though we have the same ack\' date.  

this is my own experience I should have got the approval notice in dec 2001, instead what i got was a RFE for work authorization. the only explanation i could figure out was i got my EAD at the local office, and the service center did not have the record, or the IIO who handled my case did not...

problem with EAD obtained locally.... The NSC may not have the locally-obtained EAD info on file, so you may end up getting a RFE for EAD, thus delaying the process of your 485. my two cents

could you give the exact dates for the RFE such as date issued, replied, and ack\'ed. thanks. Mine are 12/27, 01/04, and 01/10 respectively. still waiting. hope to hear the good news in this week or next.

according to my experience...... Q1: No. Q2: Within 7 working days.

And I-485 receipt if I remember right.  

geez. my case is almost exactly the same as your friend\'s, but i got an rfe.  

my rfe is for EAD.  

but i sent one with FP in march 2001, and i still got an rfe. this sucks.  

i have the same situation. AVM said the RFE was issued on 12/27. please post it when you get the RFE. TIA. I will post mine when I get it.

just checked the AVM, an RFE was mailed to me on 12/27 since I filed the 485 myself without a lawyer
