Why you got NIW approved last year and still wait for EB1 approvel? Or is it helpful for I-485 with two approved I-140? What I heard is that you can submit two petitions, but once one of them get approved, you need to notity INS to cancel another one. Is that right?

Unbelievable, I just checked the processing time for TSC, it shows that I-140 I (National Interest Waiver) 10/9/2002. http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/tx.html But here http://www.immigration-law.com:/ 140 I (NIW) 07/10/02 Which one is correct?
