    Immitracker has a March Approval ND 3/9,RD 3/2....brace up guys It seems for most of the March approvals will see Christmas and New Years! Congratulations to AKM,his ND was 3/2/00 ,so it is inching forward. have a nice day everybody !!

    Another March case approved

    Whatever it is ! Let us not analyse it to hell! Somebody did speak to an IIO and it is confirmaed that they are doing Feb end and will be doing March next week onwards.I have noticed there are a few lucky ones that get approved before the pile starts. Let us for now believe this posting...

    March cases ... Spoke to an IIO today morning ...

    Bases on Jan & Feb cases.... The IIO always said they were doing Jan/Feb 01,2001 cases.It meant for the whole month.Hang on guys !! it is coming soon ......

    Will INS mail a receipt to me directly or I have to ask my lawyer for the receipt?

    I received all EAD/AP stuff,while 485 receipts and the rest went to the lawyer Hope it helps !!

    FP in New Rochelle, NY

    Been there!! Went there once for myself and spouse went there twice,because FBI rejected her FP the first time.It is a very nocely run INS office,with lots of waiting room and little or no crowd.We were out in half hour both the times. RD 03/01 FP 08/01

    2-3 weeks is normal to send an RFE I had a friend who had a similar situation long back !!

    Finally received the Plastic cards yesterday !! Had stamped the PP on Jan 22nd and received the plastic yesterday after three weeks !!

    Finally got the PP stamped in Hartford,CT!! It was exactly a 15 minutes process.Gave up the EAD etc etc.
