    Finally my case got approved. Case got delayed because I-140 was sitting at NVC. Lawyer called INS on 12/18/01. They said case is \'UNDER REVIEW\' you will hear decision within next 45 days. NVC sent my I-140 file to VSC on 11/15/01 .I just called NVC some time in December. PD 7/12/99...

    My I-485 approval letter say\'s that I need to go to Portland (OR) for stamping but I moved to Pittsburgh recently. Will it be possible to get the stamping done at local INS in Pittsburgh?. My I-485 approved from VSC. Thanks In advance for Info.
