My Labour (RIR - Aug 20 2003 ) went to DOL in late October 2004- sorry I don't know exaact date. Still waiting on DOL

I know of a RIR case received in Boston Aug 23 2004 was just approved this week - so about 8 weeks may be average

I've heard nothing yet... I do know of someone though who's case filed July 28th 2003 (RIR MA) was approved about 3 weeks ago....
