No Problems.. I do not see any problems. I will suggest you to keep working on the H1 and do not use EAD. After you use your EAD, you forfeit your H1 status. H1 is always a good backup if something goes wrong in Green Card. This flexibility is not there with EAD.

Houston was my ASC My ASC was in houston, TX. As far as , going on the scheduled date, I never knew you can go early fro FP in TX too. Also, I wanted to know, if going early really helps or not. Of course for that I will have to compare my case with a similar case. Thanks Pcee, DeeRod
