You bring up a good point VAGCwaiting and I am hoping that someone else can shed some light on this as well. My LC was applied from NJ (EB3-RIR )in Aug 2004 and should have moved to the Phila BEC. Also note, my 6 years are up in 2006. I asked my lawyer the same question: Please see my question...
