No Title NSC RD 1/5/01, ND 1/18/01 FP notice received 2 weeks ago. FP appointment week of March 27. I believe these FP notices were sent out to some and not to others. A random phenomenon, probably cannot read too much into it - don\'t worry.

No Title FP\'s are valid for 15 months I think (not sure...somebody plesae verify?). From what I\'ve seen on immitracker.com, NSC generally approves I-485\'s approx. within 6 months of FP.

No Title I agree. Something must be brewing at NSC. Logically, why would NSC issue FP notices so early if it didn\'t intend to approve 485\'s on a faster timeframe. It would create a lot of extra work for NSC to reissue FP notices a second time if expired -and as we all know INS does not...

I sent the employment letter along with the Yellow form. Sometime down the road is it possible INS sends me an RFE to verify my employment a second time? Thank You....
