    Lets collect how many of us talked to IIO and asked " Is amended I-140 required now or not

    No Title I personally think that after AC21 guidelines, there shouldn\'t be any amended I-140 required!! my understanding. I am posting this discussion so that we should see that what IIOs are saying for this???? lets post all here your IIO talk regard to this question!
