How big is the problem if birth certificate(BC) produced has late registration. Meaning suppose if we applied I485 in 2003 and the BC has the date of registration birth as 2003. Please let me know. If it is a problem, can we do anything proactively?

What happens if H1 is expired, while working with the same employer but got EAD(but not activated) much before the expiry of H1 ? Does it mean out of status? Please reply. Thanks in advance
