Thanks plastic_card Thanks for the encouraging words, plastic_card. It is good to know people at NSC are still showing interest in cases from 2003. However, it is very hard to come to terms with the fact that these people are approving cases from late 2004, while applicants like me are waiting...

Sept 2003 Hello: The notice date that I have for my I-140 is 23rd Sept 2003. Except for fingerprinting requests I have not received any further communication. As my filing center is NSC, I guess there is no use calling them, as the dates are stuck at 30th July for the last few updates.
