Some IIO were not help anymore. The one help me was the 4th one. She willing to help. The first 3 IIO even misleaded me.

If IIO willing to help u, your case will be very fast. I applied my AP and recieved the ref. I replied to INS. Since they did not get it (or lost ). One of IIO asked me to re-sent to her. I did!! I found after they recieved it the next AD approved. It is so fast I can't believe it.:D But...
