This morning, I called 402-322-5283, but I was told the phone # changed to 800-375-5283. This customer service is dealing all the service centers. So the IIO told me the only information you can have from them is the same as online. If this is ture, it means we can get less and less information...

Today, They sent the REF. for my son but still do not know "about that". Anyway they start to process my son's case.

For me, documents required are your AP, EAD, approval of I-485, I-94 and driver licene and 2 photos. No any question asked.

Cooboy, What is AOS stand for? Do I need AP to travel outside of US or my son? My I -485 has been approved and stamp on my passport. My AP return to INS in Chicago office when I was stamping on my passport.

I just call IIO for my son's case. I asked "Mine and my wife's case has been approved. But my son's case is still pending. His H4 will expire in June 2003. My question is if after June, his case still pending, does he out of status? What should we do?" She did not anwered my question...
