    No Title jjsni, If you already have an EAD and your H1 is expiring then simply tell the employer that you got an EAD and they can simply put you on EAD. All employer be needing is a copy of your EAD so that they can update your file, which is called I-9 form and you will be all set. Peace.

    What will happen to people who are on EAD and the primary applicant uses it but dependant does not? Will dependant still be on H4 status? What if the primary applicant who is on EAD also changed job will that stil effects depensdants H4 status??? Please respond!!!
