Need Help about H-1
Hi, I am on my OPT and it exipres in July but I haven't applied for my H-1 this fiscal year. If I apply for H-1 in next year quota, i.e If I apply after april 1st, will I be technically in status from July to October as I have applied for my H-1. Chowdary- kchowdary

H1B 65,000 Cap Watching
I am on my OPT and was planning to apply for H1 next week but as the quota is over and my OPT expires on may 30th is there anythng I can do. I am presently working.- kchowdary
