I got my FP notice for Dec, but I am going to India during that time. I want to know whether INS Newark application processing center allow us to do the FP before the scheduled date? This is very urgent. If anybody have done please reply as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

No Title Original go to lawyer and applicant get courtasy copy. In most of the INS offices it will be sufficent to stamp the passport

Don\'t worry about time frame Try to get a job as soon as possible. Even if they ask for query you have 3months to answer. So you have lot of time to find out a job.

I agree with Iamok Give the payslip for your last 3months. Then mention that you are on unpaid leave due to personnel and family reasons. You will be safe. Attach a letter from your company that you are still working with him and it is a permanent employment.

Gopal Try to call IIO again My RD 9/28/00 ND 10/26/00 was also not approved for long time. When I called IIO on Friday they told it is approved on Oct 23rd. Automated message is not updated still. So it is worth calling once more and then follow it up through your attorney

No Title Rajesh, Just submit your I-94 to the immigration. Since you are on 485 before the expiry you are fully in status. While coming back use your AP and they will give you a new I-94. Have a nice trip
