Don't Risk it all As u may have or may not seen in other forums - he is required to tell the truth as it can have dire consequences if and when they find out. It's likely he will get rejected based on the reasons u mentioned, but its a gamble - with these people - u just never know....use this...

can't he talk to the DSO at the college? tell him to try doing that - if not - try the DSO at the other college he's trying to get into.

I suggest u talk with the DSO at Colorado State - that is the person who issued or signed for you to get the I-20. They should definitely be able to help you. I think also - you could tell the first school of your intention to attend another school - see what they say.. Good Luck to U !:)
