I am seen posts stating there are delays for stamping PP after getting approval notice. Can anyone tell why is this happening. Is it due to new security checks? How does it work now, do they tell you come back on a specific date, is it for eveyone or case-by-case. I got approved last week...

Finally it is approved .. heard on the AVM today, called at 6.30 PM EST. PD - 6/99, EB3, INDIA, State: VA RD - 7/17 ND - 8/31 FP - 1/11 AD - 5/29 EAC-01-260-***** It has been a long wait, finally some relief. Expecting notice in 3 days, AVM says mailed today. Good luck to all.

Guys, Is there are priority for EB2 cases before EB3 in AOS. I thought once you file 485 everything is same and approval is based on RD. Or is that EB2 cases get approved before EB3. I am EB3 IND RD 7/17 FP 1/11 .. waiting for approval Thanks!
