Just to report back that according to my attorney, they have received paper LC today(4/27), only 3 days after online approval. Looks like PBEC is moving and I think we will see lots of update from this thread within next couple of weeks. Cheers!

Agreed. BTW: According to my lawyer, they have received paper LC today, only 3 days after online showed certified. Probably you will get your paper LC soon.

I posted it in the TR->RIR conversion tracker thread. Online status showed my case has been changed back to TR-in process today. Not sure what does it mean....:(

Thanks. My online status has been rolled back to TR-in process today:( Is it a technical glitch or actually reverted back to TR for some reason? Anybody else seen this? Any idea what's going on?

My RIR-to-TR conversion was sent to PBEC on March 28th. And online status changed to RIR in progress on April 17th. Does it mean they have approved RIR conversion request and will process my case based on RIR? Thanks!
