How long does it take for non-PP I-140 cases these days?
I am trying to justify whether it makes sense to upgrade to PP. I don't need to extend H-1B until May 2008, and my I-485 is not current yet. So does it make sense for me to upgrade to PP? Company is reluctant to upgrade, lawyer...
Hello,
We just got a copy of I-140 petition filed last week. On the dependent list, it lists my wife, my 1st child, but missed my 2nd child who was born in US 2 months ago before the I-140 file date. Is this a big problem and how do we fix it?
I checked with my company lawyer, the answer...
Thanks, I'll see you guys in the I-140 queue.
BTW: Looks like my LC's actual approval date was 4/20 Friday, online status was updated the following Monday (4/23).
Just to report back that according to my attorney, they have received paper LC today(4/27), only 3 days after online approval. Looks like PBEC is moving and I think we will see lots of update from this thread within next couple of weeks. Cheers!
Agreed.
BTW: According to my lawyer, they have received paper LC today, only 3 days after online showed certified. Probably you will get your paper LC soon.
Online status shows "TR-certified" as of today 4/24/2007. Details see my other post at:

Thanks all for your info and help. I just checked my online status minutes ago and it says 'TR-certified'...finally after almost 4 years of waiting. I hope it's just the start of waves of LC certification from PEBC. Just hang in there and good luck to all!
Here is a recap of my status:
PD...
I posted it in the TR->RIR conversion tracker thread. Online status showed my case has been changed back to TR-in process today. Not sure what does it mean....:(
Thanks. My online status has been rolled back to TR-in process today:(
Is it a technical glitch or actually reverted back to TR for some reason? Anybody else seen this? Any idea what's going on?
My RIR-to-TR conversion was sent to PBEC on March 28th. And online status changed to RIR in progress on April 17th. Does it mean they have approved RIR conversion request and will process my case based on RIR? Thanks!
