Dear All: My EB-1b OR was approved yesterday :) . I-140 PD is April 2004 (approved in Dec 2005). I-485 was submitted in April 2005. My daughter's 485 was approved too, but there is no update with husband's case. It has been a long journey!

Re: Thanks! I already had the fingerprint done on the 9th. When read about the instructions for e-file EAD renewal from this forum, I learned that you'd better submit the supporting docs.

I e-filed the EAD renewal on 03/03/06, but I just submitted the supporting documentations out today which will be received by NSC on 03/13/2006. Would you please advise if this submission is too late and will it have some negative effects on the approval of the EAD renewal? Thanks very much!

I am new to this I-485 board. My I-140 EB-1 OR was just approved. The RD of my I-485 is April 2005 and RD of I-140 is April 2004. I appreciate if anyone can help to clearify what the 'PD' of my I-485. I am from the 'retro' country. Thanks!

Approved I am surprised to received the approved e-mail today!!! What a relief. My I-140 OR was submitted to NSC in April 2004, received REF in Sep. 2005. REF was replied on Nov. 23rd and got approved today. Thanks!

I got a ref asking for more evidence for my i-140 Eb-1b in Sep. My response was sent back to NSC center on Nov. 23. Usually how long will I hear from them? Thanks!

04-04 I filed my I-140 in April 2004. Although it is EB-1b, I am joining with you here to 'vent my frustration'.

re: These references seem easy to answer. My EB-1 OR I-140 was filed in April 2004, but no news yet. I-485 was filed in April this year. Are they processing cases randomly? Any friends who applied before May are still waiting for I-140?
