Guys, Just to let you know that I just received the RFE for my I-485. It includes EVL, 3 last paystubs, W2's and tax forms for 2001 and 2002. I am sending all the shit tomorrow hoping that they will not send me any additional RFE. In fact, my company might close in the next couple of months...

showmegc, I know 2 cases who got their aproval about 2 months after their 2nd FP. I guess this may vary, but I would not expect more than 3 months in total.

I am WAC02058, My first FP was done in 2/1/2001. I Just received the notice for the 2nd FP to be done on 11/5/2003.

I am WAC 02 058 with FP made on 2/2002 and I-485 received on 12/4/2001. I just asked for the 3rd extention of my EAD/AP. No answer from BCIS yet!! ttani
