    dp r, could you post your RD & ND. I am surprised... that they are asking for a copy of the 485 Receipt when all the three were applied together. Are you sure your Lawyer did not screw it up and send them as three different applications?

    Answer When the dependent child/children of an applicant are about to turn legally into adults(21 years) INS adjudiciates these applications expedite. Otherwise, if the children turn 21, they are on their own. They cannot be treated as dependents.

    p001... This happened for my AP. Mine was approved as per AVM but my wife\'s wasn\'t. Both of us received our AP\'s in the mail and both had the same approval date. The best part is, even to this day, the AVM says \'received your.....\' for my wife. I bet both of you have been approved for...

    card_seeker.... I am optimistic that December folks will get their approvals in the June~July time frame. From PCee\'s list, assuming that the ratio to the people on this forum and the total INS cases is true, October & November cases are relatively less compared to August & September...

    khi_boy... From the analysis of PCee\'s spreadsheets, looks like for San Jose guys, it is taking about 2 months to get RFE/Approval after doing FP.
