how did u end up with 3 i94's? if u travel outside the country, u hv to submit the i94. i cant understand how they did not ask/retain it when u travelled.anyways, when u go to india, make sure u hand them all at the check-in/ticketing(thats where it goes).

there is a pretty good eval company called trustforte. get ur education evaluated thro them. read some of the posts in the 140 experience thread. also, on another note, get ur h1 extended if ur labor is more than a year old. u will be in status then shld there be further delays.

u shld see the update within the week. LUD is not reliable and so has been the case in the past for many. so dont fret abt this. hope that ur rfe works out fine. btw, post ur rfe details in the rfe threads- will be helpful to all.

VJ, Its all abt luck. Just look at other threads. There are only few, 5-7 to be precise of guys being approved. I am waiting since March!!. and mine said < 150-180 days. Im nearing 120 days. cant do anything abt it. So just sit tight, pray and deviate ur thoughts from this issue.

Can u put in what was ur RFE abt? Also are u waiting from OCt04 for RFE? Mine says 150-180 days, howerver will be sooner that that as initial processing is done..... (i guess after 148 days lol.... :eek: ) After 60 days i belive u can initiate a query.

Thx Eric. 1. q- How do u not use the EAD? ie . What is the proceudre to use EAD- for eg u apply for a job and u show the ead and give such details to the employer..... Im naive on these matters.............

Folks, Pls advise- If ur lc is cleared and 140 is in progress with 485 and u hv an EAD in hand, are there any issues in getting the 1 yr extension? Also, do u need to get the extension irrespective of hv an EAD in hand? I read from other threads that its advisable not to make use of EAD...
