Hi I sent I-485 application to VSC on 24th july2001(with out EAD Application form).My first three(3) years H1-B visa getting expire on 30th Sept,2001.I have not yet received receipt from INS.What I my attorney told me ,I can goto local INS service center to get EAD before 30th Sept,2001...
