    To abcd2001 In my case my HIB visa got expired on 30th sep 2001,My company not wiling to apply for 2nd term of H1B.But I submitted my I485 on 07/25/01, ND 09/17/01 and I got my EAD from local INS office on 09/19/01.Now working on EAD.
