If you are located in twin cities area, there are places that specialize taking these pictures. I also heard that places like JCPenny or Sears know how to take these pictures.

The date on the avm is ND (notice date), RD is the date when the service center receives your application (it\'s specified in the receipt notice sent to your lawyer). ND is the date when INS enters your information into their system.
