Guys...once I have the passport, how can I get the green card process started for my parents and siblings? Could you please point me to any resource that are available on the web on this subject? I appreciate it very much. :)

But be careful though! It is a good idea to hang around with the same company for another 6 months to a year after the approval, so that no question is raised during the citizenship or green card renewal application process.

Card is sent to you. Once your I-485 is approved, you become permanent resident of US. Nothing your company/lawyer can do to revoke it.

From what I have seen, I definitely agree that Atlanta is one of the better places to live even though I am not an Indian (but from the Indian subcontinent). Nobody has said anything about Dallas. Anyone likes Dallas?
