Old PD got ported and printed on new I140
MY lawyer made 2 AILA inquires. USCIS responded to the 2nd inquiry and reprinted my new I-140 approval notice with the old Priority date. We received it yesterday. It took almost 4 months to get it resolved. I wish you guys also get it resolved soon...

Mine was not premium processing. Filed concurrently. Collegue of mine filed just like me. He got his PD ported to the new I140. It got cleared from Texas.
I found another case just like me in this forum. I think it has become a practice to Texas people.

Thanks for the info. It gave me a lot of relief. My attorney sent a request to correct my I-140 in 1st week of Dec. I did not receive any email from CIS so far. I might need to wait for some more time.
