Hi all: I got an email from FBI saying that my name check is still pending since Sept '03. My wife's name check was cleared in Sept '03. All the gurus out there pls advise what I should do to get my name check cleared..... Thanks a ton in advance! Really appreciate your help..... Texaswala

Another question for Pardeshi 1 Pardeshi1: Can you pls tell what you told the CIS officials to convince them. I've heard that if you tell them that you are not able to come on the appt date, they say come within 90 days after the date. Appreciate your help!

Friends: I'm just wondering if the EB3 Retrogression has gone thru. Do you know of any I-485 approvals in EB3 category in January for nationals from India, China or Phillipines? I think the Priority cut-off date is Jan 01, 2002 for EB-3 retrogression. Thanks a ton in advance!
