    Check with your Company lawyer. My friend company, is a very big consultancy company. Their lawyer told we can work as long as you have receipt notice. If your employer agrees you can work.

    question about address change during I485

    As long as you get your mail, it wont affect your i 485. Means if INS, sends any letter, you should receive it. Else it may go back to them and you will have to change the address to receive the letter.
