    When I can expect my case to be approved

    kpimmiId thats my guess, looking at rupnet. NSC is also going thru their old backlogs and also processing current (3rd/4th week of July) cases. So by the time they reach Aug 2nd week I guess it would be 2 mths. Again this is just my unscientific guess. Lets hope its much faster!!!

    It seems like LIN 01 24X XXXXX cases are being processed currently. what is ur number. Mine is LIN 01 26X XXXXX. maybe it will take couple of more months before my case is processed. my RD is 8/6/01

    Senetor's office

    Guru's, I've been reading a lot here on asking senetor to help in 485 cases that have been delayed. My q is can anyone approach their state's senetors for immigration matters? How do they help? What can they do for us?
