for my case WAC03126 filed on march, got RFE on May, REF received on Jun 5, and approved on Jun 10.

2nd AP was filed around Mar. WAC-03-126 Got RFE on May 5, about marriage certificate, my spouse I-140, I-485 Replied at the end of May, RFE received on Jun 5, AP approved on Jun 9.

1. stick to H1, get it renewed before it expires. 2. get renewal of EAD too, who knows whether u will or be forced to change your employer in the future? But since your case is EB2, probably changing employer does not hurt you.
