mine was slightly different I am the primary and mine and I have not heard anything about my case yet. However, My husband\'s was approved. Dont worry. Everything should be fine. Logically like you said, there should not be any problem for him.

I was in the same boat...Did not take vacines, case was approved without RFE.. on Dec 20th.

My PD is 3/97 category EB3. However, I see EB2 apps being processed faster than EB3. Does the category matter for 485 approval or ND.

Someone please reply to this message. My priority date is 03/1997 but my ND is 03/2001. Which one will be taken into consideration while processing????? I have waited so long and people with Priority dates AFTER me are getting approvals..... Is this fair????? Thanks.

JUST GO THERE TODAy you mean The FP was on 8/14/01 and today is 8/15/01 DO I just go there and appear for FP. Please reply thanks.
