    Can anybody tell me when is the best time to call CSC? I called them whole day, never can connect. T

    I tried redial in the afternoon. Tried tiwce, both succeeded after about 100 redials. But, what for? 99% of time, you won\'t get anything. For me? 100% for nothing (*_*), I was told that my FP was not even avaiable with A#. Well, waste of time.

    As far as I know, you CAN claim the benefits as long as you have an EAD.
